...the Woodshed Fire

This weekend we had front row seats to a small forest fire. We watched and wondered about helicopters and airplanes that traveled back and forth over the ridge in front of us. We could see them drop down into the river and scoop up buckets of water. One plane had a suction device that sucked the water up to its belly. By Sunday morning there was just a tiny column of smoke coming off the ridge and one lonely helicopter keeping watch. (The video clips are not very exciting since my little camera doesn't zoom on video mode.)
